This application allows event organizers to collect photos from guests.

Data collected

• Name (optional, provided by guest)
• Photos uploaded
• Device identifier (anonymous)
• User account information (name, email, password)

Guests may optionally provide their name, which will be associated with the photos uploaded from their device for the event.

Purpose

• Provide photo collection service for events
• Allow event owners to manage and download content

Data retention

• Photos are stored temporarily
• All photos are automatically deleted after the configured retention period
• Account data is stored until the user requests deletion

Access

• Photos are private and accessible only by the event owner
• No public galleries

Security

• Files are stored securely
• Passwords are encrypted

User rights

• Users may request account deletion
• Users may request event deletion
